Is Cold Calling or Email Marketing Better for SEO Lead Generation?

Choosing between cold calling and email marketing for getting SEO clients really depends on what works best for your style and who you’re trying to reach.

Cold calling means you’re picking up the phone and calling potential clients directly. It’s good because you get to talk to someone right away. You can quickly figure out if they’re interested and answer any questions they have on the spot.

It’s a bit like knocking on someone’s door; it’s very direct but can be a bit nerve-wracking and a lot of people might not be interested in talking.

Email marketing, on the other hand, is a bit easier on the nerves because you’re not talking to someone live. You can reach a lot more people with less effort, and you can take your time to make your message really convincing. The downside is that your email might get lost in a sea of other emails, or worse, end up in the spam folder. So, it might take a while for someone to get back to you. Or not at all.

The best option, we would say, is a mix of both!
